How do you make big decisions?
You will admit, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, are the most successful entrepreneurs on the planet today. They get big stuff done very fast. In fact, sometimes their quick actions and decision making seem almost haphazard…can you say “The Boring Company”?
But it isn’t random or careless. Not in the least.
In his book “Blink. The Power of Thinking Without Thinking”, Malcolm Gladwell broke this down for readers and used the term “thin slicing” to describe it.
What the best do is create a pre-determined set of criteria for making important decisions. They decide on the most critical things for their business, their lives and their passions, and build their internal “cheat sheet”. When faced with an opportunity, they quickly run down their checklist and if all or most of the boxes can be checked off, they act. They don’t question it, they don’t look back, they move forward.

After thirty years of learning, reading and implementing, I developed my own list with secrets that I successfully implemented to build business and live my life.
