Enjoy regular scheduled monthly coaching sessions live (video) or in-person, and by phone with Mike who will support your personal and professional development. We build trust in authentic, trustworthy relationships where vulnerability is valued asset.
Support
When you are part of the MenWORTHMentoring program you get monthly meetings with Mike, ongoing text, email and "urgent call" support as you need it. Beyond scheduled sessions, we communicate as needed. Every mentoring relationship is unique. Mike tailors his approach, strategies and tactics to what YOU need and not a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Besides a direct mentoring relationship with Mike, our MenWORTHMentoring community members are encouraged to access our online resources for me, supported by our partner, HeadsUpGuys. Our MenWORTHMeeting podcast recordings are available for review. Members share what they are reading, where they are learning, and their wisdom generously and openly. If you need support, we are here for you. MenWORTHMentoring network members are supported. Just message Mike directly and we can speak, meet, or maybe you need a referral to other resources.
